1. Non members are responsible for their own safety and equipment, they are required to ensure that their equipment is safe to use; you are also required to be mindful of those around them and their safety. The Club accepts no responsibility for loss of personal equipment or injury.

2. When at the Wall please abide by rules of Nicholas Park Leisure Centre.

3. If borrowing Club equipment, please, treat it with respect and report all damage to an officer of the Club immediately. Any misuse may result in you being required to hand back the loaned equipment, and being asked to leave the wall.

4. If you encounter any loose or broken holds on Warwick Wall please inform, either, an officer of the Club or, if not available, a member of the St Nick’s staff at the earliest possible convenience.

5. Non Members using their own equipment at the Warwick Wall must ensure that it is in a safe condition.

6. Under 16's must be supervised, and belayed, by a parent or legal guardian who should be aware of, and accept, the risks inherent in climbing and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.

7. For younger children with small waists and little hip definition, a full body harness is advised. The club do not provide full body harnesses and will refuse the loan of a harness that is deemed to be not suitable.

8. Although it is not a requirement to be a member of Warwick Climbing Club, to use the wall. Officers of the club may refuse the right to climb to anyone who they consider is not sufficiently competent or a danger to others.
